Sergio Jair González Ponce is an outstanding lawyer with a solid background and experience. He obtained his law degree from the Law School of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).

His contribution in the preparation of the strategy for the admission of one of the most important insolvency proceedings in history, that of one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Mexico, which concluded favorably with an agreement between creditors and the insolvent company, stands out.
Additionally, Sergio has assisted in the representation of an important international leasing company in the collection and recovery of different credits, as well as in the defense of an animal shelter and a chain of sports clubs in relevant litigation, obtaining favorable results in all cases.
His versatility and skill in dispute resolution are also reflected in his participation in various private mediation proceedings. Currently, Sergio assists in the representation of an important company in the hydrocarbons sector in Mexico, working in the recovery of different credits in its favor and the termination of numerous contracts due to breach by the opposing parties.
In addition to the above, Sergio has postgraduate studies in Human Rights, which has allowed him to achieve favorable results for his clients in direct and indirect amparo trials.
