Profile
He holds a law degree from the Universidad Anáhuac México Sur and is a specialist in the New Accusatory Criminal System from the Escuela Libre de Derecho, where he also completed the Advanced Diploma in Selected Topics of the Mexican Model of Accusatory Criminal Justice taught in coordination with ABA ROLI Mexico (THE AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION) and the Diploma in Management Skills, Leadership and Negotiation of Legal Services taught by the R+D+i Marketing Intelligence Group of the University of Cantabria.
He worked at the law firm Zinser, Esponda y Gómez Mont Abogados, S.C. for a period of three years, specializing in criminal litigation, where he worked as a defense attorney and as an assistant to the prosecution and therefore representing the interests of the victim or victimized party of the crime.
Currently, he works as a postulant attorney in criminal matters with a focus on matters related to patrimonial crimes, as well as the development of Criminal Compliance Programs as a preventive and/or mitigating means of the penalties that could be imposed on companies involved in the commission of a crime related to their line of business.
