She has a law degree from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, and has extensive experience in advising and consulting in labor matters, focusing mainly on the business sector on issues such as strategic negotiation of personnel terminations, management of labor relations, collective labor law.
She has participated in several courses in the labor area, such as: Business training for personnel management, labor reform and its impact on companies, new labor procedure in Mexico, the procedure of the Inspections of the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, REPSE, Amparo, among others.
She has been a speaker at conferences and training sessions in companies on topics such as: Termination of personnel, Nom 035, Repse, and Labor Relations.
On several occasions she has served as an adjunct professor at the Universidad Panamericana in the subject of Labor Relations and Human Capital.
